Delete Account

Fim It respects your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

What will be deleted

Upon request, we will permanently delete:

• Analytics data associated with your usage (such as hotspot clicks, link clicks, and interaction counts)
• Any internal identifiers linked to your app usage, if applicable

Fim It does not collect personal information such as names, phone numbers, passwords, or payment details.

Use the subject line: “Delete My Fim It Account”

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Subscriptions must be managed separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
