A2: A .fim file is a custom interactive image format that contains hotspots, embedded actions, and analytics tracking. It works inside the Fim It app.

A3: Fim It collects only hotspot interaction analytics such as hotspot taps, link clicks, and engagement counts. It does not collect personal information like names or payment details.

A4: Analytics only update when hotspots are added correctly, the .fim file is opened by a viewer, and the device is online to sync. If you still see zero, check your hotspot setup or contact support.

A5: Fim It offers a 7-day free trial with full access to analytics. After the trial, continued use of analytics features requires a paid subscription.

A6: Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel from your device’s subscription settings. The Fim It team cannot cancel subscriptions manually.

A7: You can email fimdevelopers@gmail.com with your device model, operating system version, and a description of the problem. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful but optional.

A8: Yes. You can share .fim files via messaging apps, email, or cloud storage. The recipient needs the Fim It app installed to open them.

A9: Analytics data is stored on secure servers located in India and protected using modern security practices. The app is designed to follow global privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
