These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FIM Viewer mobile application and the .fim (Framed Interactive Media) image format.
By using FIM Viewer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
The .fim file format is created by Framed Interactive Media for interactive images with hotspots. Users may create, view, edit, and share .fim files for personal and commercial use unless stated otherwise.
FIM Viewer uploads interaction analytics (such as hotspot clicks and link clicks) to our servers located in India. Analytics are displayed to the user inside the app. By using the app, you consent to this data processing.
We offer a 7-day free trial which includes full access to analytics features. After the free trial, analytics access becomes part of paid subscriptions.
FIM Viewer provides auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing varies by region and is shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or distribute harmful versions of .fim files or attempt to break app functionality.
All trademarks, branding, and the .fim format belong to Framed Interactive Media. However, you retain full ownership of the content you create using Fim It. Neither Fim It nor its developers are responsible for the content created and links added/present in the .fim file. Be cautious when opening any suspicious links sent through a .fim file.
FIM Viewer is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or misuse of exported files.
These terms comply with global standards including GDPR, CCPA, and India’s DPDP Act. Your use of the app must comply with your region’s laws.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
